Refund and Cancellation Policy

Maktub Matchmaking LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our services. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. General Terms #
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing any services or memberships.
2. Subscription and Membership Fees #
2.1 Non-Refundable Fees #
All subscription and membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy. Once a payment has been processed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Pro-Rated Refunds #
If you cancel a subscription or membership partway through a billing cycle, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
3. Personalized Matchmaking Services #
3.1 Service Initiation #
For personalized matchmaking services, refunds are not available once work on your matchmaking profile or search process has begun.
3.2 Client-Initiated Cancellation #
If you decide to cancel a personalized matchmaking service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a [processing/administrative fee]. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to help@maktub.bond within 48 hours of purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy #
4.1 Membership Cancellation #
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the subscription management section. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
4.2 Personalized Services Cancellation #
To cancel personalized matchmaking services, you must submit a written cancellation request to help@maktub.bond or contact your personal matchmaker. Requests will be reviewed, and eligibility for a partial refund will be determined based on the progress of the service.
5. Refund Eligibility #
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments.
- Services not rendered due to an error on our part.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@maktub.bond within 14 days of the original payment date. Refunds will be processed within 10-30 business days if approved.
6. Exceptions #
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Dissatisfaction with matchmaking results, as results are not guaranteed.
- Incomplete use of subscription features or services.
- Failure to comply with our Terms of Service or other policies.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks #
We encourage clients to contact us directly at [Insert Contact Email] to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
